Blake's team played incredible games on Saturday and Monday. Saturday's game ended after the 6th inning due to time again, but they won! Monday's game, however, was tied at the end of the 7th, so it went into the 9th inning when the Roll Tide scored an RBI to win 4-3! Wooooo! It got pretty tense, lol! That's a 5-1 record for the boys with 4 games to go. Blake got a hit and made it safely to 1st base and his team mates cheered like crazy. Unfortunately he was tagged out when attempting to steal 2nd. Poor little guy. He says he'd like to get some extra hitting practice, so we're going to make some time to get to the batting cage this week.

Tell Blake not to be too disapointed when he got tagged out. Remember the good parts like getting a hit! Don't let him focus on the negative. Tell him that when he was born, he did not know how to walk or talk... it took time & practice. He will get better and start feeling good about himself. That aplies to everything in life. Wish I were there to give him a big hug.
